It is our view this creates three issues:
1/ It devalues the strategic asset that the .co.nz domain names could be.
2/ It allows scammers to easily appear legitimate reducing trust in the .co.nz domain name and financial loss for kiwis.
3/ It allows foreign owned/ based businesses to create the false perception that they are a New Zealand business & deceptively taking revenue from legitimate New Zealand owned businesses.
