Dear customer,
We have been made aware from our supplier Shamrock Gift Co. that they have recalled 3 of their Guinness embossed mugs due to a potential defect in the production process since the 1st of May 2024.

What To Do? |

Customers that have bought any one of these products, since the 1st of May 2024, can avail of a full refund for the value of the mug(s) by contacting customercare@carrollsirishgifts.com and by providing their full name, order number and a copy of their order confirmation email.
Guinness Embossed Mugs are produced under license by Shamrock Gift Company. Shamrock Gift Company sincerely apologises for the inconvenience caused by this recall.
All refunds would have to be handled on a case-by-case basis by the customer service team.
