I founded StarBuy nearly a decade ago as a chain of Bricks & Mortar stores to concentrate on Diamond Jewellery and Watches. It was not long after the opening of our 4th store that we we realised our mistake. A lot of our regular customers were coming in with their mobiles asking us to price match one or the other watch that they were seeing online. The writing was on the wall so we shut all our stores and went live with StarBuy.com.au with the aim of offering our collectors Global price parity on the range of branded watches we stocked.
That was and still remains our primary goal.
