Hi
We have around 60 machines that need to have both Excel 2007 and Excel 2003
available... The problem we face is that depending on MS updates, the default
excel can change form day to day with the result that open Excel version on a
double clic will be either Excel 2003 one day or excel 2007 the other day ...

My arrow keys are reversed

Hello,
I have used Excel for a long time and have never seen this. My arrow keys
have been reversed. Up is down, down is up, left is right and right is left.
Everything else seems normal at this point. This occurred in the middle of
a session for no reaon I can explain.

How can I change the default number of decimal places in Excel?

cannot disable autocorrect

Trying to disable autocorrect specifically for spelliing, in the help menu it
says to go to "excel options", I can see "excel options" but cannot selected,
it is not highlighted,could not find any other way, this is on an excel for
students I bought with my dell computer, don't use it much... ...

Some of the changes cannot be viewed in track changes history.

When I view the Excel 2007 Track Changes history I don't see all my changes
, only some changes, and the numbers on the Left side of the worksheet are
not sequential. Is there some way to change the settings so all changes are
visible in the History? ...

When I first open Excel '07, the page defaults to r1c1 reference style and
manual calculations. I change it back to "normal" everyday, but it's so
frustrating! How can I change this permanently? I could do it in earlier
versions of Excel, but haven't found a way here. ...

Format Cells - "Currency" states to use "Accounting" to align decimal points.
We can't find any difference between "Currency" format and "Accounting"
format. Decimal points seem to align with either. Can you explain the

Default Vertical Cell Alignment

There is a ton out there on how to change the vertical cell alginment default
"bottom" but there is not one explanation as to why "bottom" is the default
to begin with?? I would really like to know if there is a reason why the
default is not "top?"
