BCWS Incorrect in Resource Usage View

Using Microsoft Project 2007, I am trying to look at the BCWS data for
resources on one project. When I select the Resource Usage View, it
properly displays the Work and Actual Cost data for each resource. Expanding

What about if you added the WBS Code to the Resource Usage View? I am reasonably
sure that passes from one project to another. Then you can use intelligent
WBS codes to achieve the same result.

Material resource costs 0 for 0 duration task

If I have a material resource allocated to a zero duration task, why are the costs of this resource for this task 0? Why must I have a non-zero duration for material costs to work? Nowhere does it say that Material costs depend on duration (whereas Work resource costs do). Thank you

Problem Re-inserting a project in a consolidated project file

I had a project file called â??Procurementâ??, inserted in my â??master projectsâ??
file. The procurement file had problems so i deleted the file, and removed
it from my master file by highlighting the row and deleting.
I then created a new file, named it â??procurementâ?? and saved it OK.

Basic Scheduling -Sequencing resources

When multiple resources are assigned to a task, typically all resources are
booked for the entire duration of the task. But in real life, these resources
are working one after the other. Is there any way to sequence resources as

If task is late less than 2 weeks - green sign;
If task is late within 2-4 weeks - yellow sign;
If task is late more than 4 weeks - red sign

Resource Usage View

When I view my Resource Usage I have the Resource Name and Work. I always
pull in an extra column "Task Summary" so I can see which task they are
working on in the correct module. The task summary is pulling in the word
