OrganizerMoveItem for custom fields

I've been unable to move custom fields to the global template via
OrganizerMoveItem. I can move filters, toolbars, modules, etc., but not
custom fields.
Here is a code example (of course on one line):
OrganizerMoveItem Type:=9, FileName:="Modules_v39 test.mpp",
ToFileName:="Global.mpt", Name:="Number8"

Hey i am using VBA (or VB.net or C#.net) to capture the ProjectBeforeSave
event and the ProjectBeforePublish event.

Do you know how can I arrange the Timesheet view columns in Project Server

Actually I want to move the Dates Columns on the right of "Task

Reporting unit in Timesheets of Project Server 2007

As far as I can see, it's not possible to add less than 0.5 h, when the
Reporting Unit iis "hours" in Timesheet default settings in Project Server
2007.
Is that right?
If yes, do you know any workaround on that?

Which is more efficient? Search and Replace or Looping Through All
Project Tasks?

During testing, it seems about the same, but generally speaking is it
more efficient or "better" to do a search and replace (within VBA) on
project task contents or loop through each task via VBA and set the
values individually?
