Export option in Database column is not seen in VISIO 2007

Hi,
We are not able to see the EXPORT option under Database column in the Menu
bar. Due to this we are not able to export a vsd file to .erx format.
Can any one help me in getting this option enabled in VISIO 2007?

i try to install, the setup starts but crashes when file extracting phase is
