Pasting UML Sequence Diagram drops all message arguments

Has anyone figured out how to copy/paste UML Sequence Diagrams such
that
the message arguments are not dropped in the paste ?

Visio 2007: Can't access UML diagram properties

I am using Visio 2007 and Vista Home Premium SP1.
I open "UML Model Diagram" template, drag the class diagram icon to my page.
I want to add attributes and behaviors to my class diagram, but can't do so.
If I double click on the class diagram box, I can enter a class name, but I
can't add anything else.
