http connection to store failed with error of HTTP 400

I had no problem to access mailbox on any store using http://<server
name>/exchange/<alias>/. Now, for some reason I cannot access any mailboxes
this way on 3 servers. Others are seem to be fine. These three are A/P
cluster Exchange 2003. I don't know if there is anything to do with the

Mail getting returned when replying to a message.

There is a problem with one of the users where when he replies to a message
he gets the following message;
The e-mail address could not be found. Perhaps the recipient moved to a
different e-mail organization, or there was a mistake in the address. Check
the address and try again.

Exhange not accepting emails from 1 certain domain

I have an 07 server that accepts emails from everyone but this single domain
In the message tracking it doesnt see it hitting the server at all, however
in the smtp receive logs it does look as if its making its way to the server.
