we have a SBS 2008 server with exchange 2007 (SP2 rollup 2) installed.
OWA works fine, however when we try to sync with windows mobile device to
its public ipadress (ports are forwarded to sbs-exchange server) we receive
error 0x85030022

Is there a way to force email from senderA on an Exchange Server to recipientB (also on
that Exchange Server) to 'leave' the server, instead of being kept locally?
The scenario is that we're piloting and Exch2010 system and are having our standard mail

Hey, did you've already fixed this? i got the same problem now, installing from the cmd also doesnt work and there's no log file created anywhere.
The 32 bit test installation worked perfectly but the x64 keeps giving me the error: setup encountered an error

Like other people have confirmed here. It usually is beause not correct permissions. It helps to run ExBPA and check the Permissions
The problem is usually relate to incorrect permissions in the Exchange server where is allocated the mailbox account
