HIS 2009 IPDLC stop/start & PU recovery issues

Testing HIS 2009 IPDLC link in the lab. Ran into situation if you stop then
start IPDLC link, peer and host type PU connections stay INACTIVE/FAILED
under SNA Manager from previous STOP of HIS link. They show CONCT in VTAM.
Have to START each PU connection to get back ACTIVE.
This is different than SNA ...

IP-DLC link service gives error in IPv6 environment

I have HIS 2009 installed on Windows 2008 EE machine in pure IPv6
environment. The machine is 32 bit machine.
When I am going to create an IP-DLC link service, it gives following error -
"Cannot get the list of static IP addresses
Error details: Unspecified error
Error code: 0x80004005"

HIS2009 didn't really support IPv6 all that well (some of it did, some of it
didn't)...The NEXT version removes that bug (I know, I fixed the static IPV6
addresses bug :-) ) and should be fully happy on IPv6.

Testing with W2008 64 bit OS and HIS 2009 server on real physical machine (no
virtual). Using just HIS 2009 IPDLC link, SNA Service 1, and a couple of
PU/LU resources, VTAM Lan switched major is ACTIVE and SNA Manager shows
