Someting on this Laptop is blocking power to the PCMCIA slot, HELP!

I have three laptops what have about the same issue.
We use Verizon Air Cards that use the PCMCIA slot. Verizon card model number
PC770 if it matters.
I had a Dell laptop that was doing this and Dell ended up replacing the
mother board as it seemed it was a hardware issue.

Log on issues

I did a fresh install of Win XP Pro 3 days ago as Administrator only with no
users and no passwords. No problems. I could boot up and windows would
load fully with no log on screen. Just the way I wanted. Boot up - leave

Streets &Trips Problem

I just uninstalled Streets & Trips 2008 and then installed S&T2009. When I
try to start it I get a msg "Licensing Initialization Error 0XC004D301".
The MS support db for this msg says to log on as administrator, which I
allready am, and right click on the games icon, which I don't have. Any
ideas on how to ...

Right Click problem
