Monitoring the growth of a file

Hello guys!
I would like to know if it is possible to monitor the growth of a file. For
example, I have a file that each hour it is modified and then I have to know
if this file is growing because if it is not, I have a problem.
I was trying to configure it on Operations Manager but it is not possible.

Weird XP defragger behavior.

Hello,
I made an Acronis image of my Windows SE install (let's call it
#2). It was done on a clean defragged drive with only one other
file (except for the recycle bin desktop.ini), another image
(let's call it #1).
The drive shows as 100% unfragmented using CrackUp.

anyone kindly provide me with cost-benefit analysis and suggest what I
should do? All my other programs that were working with XP will work

My Computer not detecting my external harddrive

I have a IDE hard drive with USB casing and connected to my USB port.
The problem is the hard drive partitions are not shown up in My computer.
But My Computer->Manage->Storage->Disk management shows the hard drive with

A long time ago I set up my boot-up login to automatically skip the manual
login. A couple days ago it went back to requiring manual login. Now I
can't find where to set it to automatic again.
Anybody know where this is?
