change printer spooler settings from command line or batch file

Anyone know how to change printer spooler settings with a batch file ?
Cause I have to do it to about 30 computers.
running assortment of windows xp pro/home sp2/sp3

Intermitent Network Printing failure

Hi All,
I have 6 computers used in a class room, they are all networked.
All 6 computers are used by students to learn basic computer skills.
1 Computer doubles as a printer server.
It has a printer installed to it that is shared to the network.
All 6 computers are running win xp pro with service pack 2.

I am running XP Pro SP3 which was installed a week ago. Just noticed that
the printer (a Dell ) which was shared among other computers in a workgroup,
is gone. I tried "Add Printer" but no response, neither "Server Properties".

No fax numbers in fax console address book

Hello,
If I try to send a fax using the "address book" button in Fax Console, a
window opens showing only part of my address book. How can I make it show
all the contacts?

Striped Screen, Printing Stops

I can print a page or two, but then I always get the "striped screen of
death" which contains whatever colors were on the screen at the time, the
keyboard and mouse have no effect, ctrl+alt+del does nothing. I have to turn

Printing causes "striped screen of death"

the screen goes to colored stripes (whatever colors the print job is), then

I have recently change the ink cartridges, first it work smoothly, the
print quality is extra ordinary. but suddenly it stop to print, I have
check the cartridges but it is properly installed, so what wrong with my
