Printing Problem

My problem is printing. When I attempt to print, it prints but only the
heading or title on the document. the rest of the page is blank. If it is a 3
page doc, the remaing 2 pages are blank as well. I tried a second doc. which

Ok I have a print spooler issue. Mine says print spooler service is
stopped and needs to be running for installation to continue. How do I
