Some of my end users are creating a shortcut of the network printer on their

unit CLX6210FX on the computer via a network cable.

Hi,
when I print a document named "test.doc" from MS Word, the document
name in the printer spooler shows the job name "Microsoft Word -
test.doc". Is there a way to configure this name? In my case I need to
suppress the program name, i.e. the prefix "Microsoft Word - ".
My programm uses Word to send faxes ...

over the years.
One office PC with XP Pro seems to be running into printer headaches.
