Problem with setting up local printer in network

I have numerous local printers and lately there are two of them that will not
print in the network. Local PC's are XP SP3 the server is Windows Server
2008 64bit. When setting up the printers on the local I have shared the
printers and selected to list in the directories.

Adding Local Printer

Is there anyway to allow "Domain Users" to add local printers. I know the
documentation says Administrators and Power Users (with some group policy
modifications). But has anyone figured out a way to just get "Domain Users"
To achieve this.

Dell all in one printer "922"work but does not print data

The printer is working mechanically but does not print any data. I've
checked the cables and printer help folders and everything seems set up
correctly. The catridges are ok in that I can copy ib black and white but

System error when printing

I have an HP PSC 1200 all in one printer and have suddenly become unable to
print. I get a system error that the document cannot be printed and to
restart windows to try again. I have uninstalled the printer and software

Access denied no connection

Network printer is on LPT1 port. Should be on Standard tcp/ip. Add port is
grayed out. When I try to delete printer I get an error saying it cannot
delete because there is a print job waiting to printed. The que does not
