Win2000 driver for PCI Conexant Softk56 fax data modem

I am searching for a Win2000 driver for PCI Conexant Softk56 fax data modem.
I tried the generic one, but results are not good. It works but with a loud
noise while connected. Does anyone knows where to find a good driver?

We are installing an application from a vendor that uses their own cert. If
we logon as each user and install the cert it works. How can we install this
cert so it works for everybody that logs onto this windows 2000 terminal
server?

I am getting the below error as in pop up windows in my Windows 2000 Pro
with SP-4 PC.

Win 2K problem - The info I have seen on the stop error message is from
changing motherboards or reinstalls, not from an improper shut down as in my
case. My system password and Setup password say "Disabled by Jumper". I get
the BSOD after all attempts.
