I would like to install windows 2000 to update my win 98 partition but after
scanning and evaluating the computer install program displays message that
it will not install on a dual boot systam.
Is this true of win 2000 in general or just the instalation disk I have?

Unknown driver problem - what device?

I've just reinstalled Windows 2000 on an old machine after trying
various Linuxes. I've got one yellow question mark in Device Manager
now, the other three were obvious ot identify and were taken care of
when I found drivers for the machine, a Fujitsu-Siemens Scenic T with

Dual boot Xp with win2000 query

Hi !
I have two hard disks
IDE1 : Disk 1 : winxp professional
IDE2 : Disk 2 : windows 2000
To choose OS ; I currently hit del at startup ; select the boot order
of the HDD's
Is there a way to get dual boot option in disk1 - winxp ?
My hardware guy is sure it cannot be done... I am not so sure ...is
