cannot add address to oe6 account

I am trying to add a new address to my oe6 account. I fill out all the new
infor then hit enter. I click on properties and nothing happens. So I close
out of oe and reopen it. All the info I just entered is now in the top
address and its info is gone. Any advice? Thanks.
