Powershell problem with new-webserviceproxy

I am attempting to connect a webserviceproxy using powershell 2.0 to a linux
based web service. The web service requires authentication so I am supplying
a username and password combination.
What is the following error from?

I have written a DLL in VB6 which is connecting to oracle 10g database.
Now i am trying to access that DLL from an ASP page as follows .It gives me
an error 424 (Object required) . The DLL is registered in the server .

SOAP Toolkit 30

New to SOAP so forgive the stupid question. When distributing an
application that uses MSSOAP.SOAPCLIENT30 can I just distribut the
MSSOAP30.DLL to my application directory? Or must the end use install the
SOAP toolkit?

Can't view my emails in the inbox

I can't view my read emails in the my OE inbox. This is what I have tried so
far. 1) goint to view>current view>show all messages- didn't work! 2) I've
tried removing the norton antivirus software and replacing it with the more
compatable AVG software-didn't work!. Help!!! Does anyone have any other
sugges ...

I use windows XP and OE 6 is slow to start up on my laptop irrespective of
dial up or broadsband connection. Usually a full minute but used to take a
'blink'. Once up OE 6 works perfectly. Settings problem? Any ideas? ...

I would like to find out how the 'deleted without being read receipt can be
displayed on a senders computer? I DO want this sender to know that I am
deleting all correspondence with him. He always requests a receipt, and I am
unable to delete message before either accepting to send/or not send the
receipt ...
