I am working on two projects: ResourceLib (http://
resourcelib.codeplex.com) and dotNetInstaller (http://
dotnetinstaller.codeplex.com). The latter uses the former.
I am seeing reproducible behavior where BeginUpdateResource/
UpdateResource/EndUpdateResource succeed, but the resource doesn't end

Turn off one of the monitiors connected to a PC

them in some scenario. I have tried SendMessage with SC_MONITORPOWER,
but the message closes all monitors.
