agent update / deployment from console fails with 80070057

Hi
I have a test environment with OpsMgr R2 which i've just updated with the
rollup 1 - and when I try to update the agents from the console I get this
error in the task status window.

We do have SCOM Setup in which RMS server and all most all the agents are in
one domain(A.COM) , and one agent is in new domain(B.COM) ,which we migrated
to new domain(B.COM) recently , where there is a two-way trust between both
the domains.(A and B).

have no idea about the license to get purchased for cross-platform management

Event 4506 Occuring Every Hour on Print Server

There are a huge number of event 4506, "Data was dropped due to too much
outstanding data in rule..." on my print server. It happens consistently at
the same time, every hour! I have uninstalled/reinstalled the agent, which

There are many ways. one way is
goto UI -> Monitoring
Create a new state view targetted to HealthService
Wait for the view to be populated
select the HealthService in interest enable Actions Pane
Find the FlushHealthServiceStateCache and HealthServiceRestart tasks

I have SCOM installed on Windows 2008 server.
We have both windows 2003 and windows 2008 member servers. When we install
agent on both windows 2003 and windows 2008 server, only windows 2008 server
