Action of Refresh in WinXP Home
I have some special icons assigned to my Desktop
folders for easier visual identification. For
whatever reason some of them change back to the plain
ole Window's folder icon and I have to change back via
Properties/Customize. Afterwards I'll click on
REFRESH and the screen blinks. Does this really do
anything towards refreshing a link somewhere in the
bowels of WinXP system?
Thanks,
Don
