Michael Kvium studied at the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts (1979-85) and gained recognition in the 1980s as part of the movement De Unge Vilde (The Young Wild Ones). Known primarily for his paintings, Kvium has also made sculptures, films, performance art, and scenography, exploring themes such as transitoriness, the body and the recesses of the mind. | | |
