3. To redeem the offer, customer must be logged in with email address associated with their registered online account or have reached the website via their custom email link.
4. Customer must have a valid optical prescription. Customers may be required to undergo an eye test prior to redemption of offer if their prescription is not valid.
5. Offer applies only to contact lens purchases. All other products including optical glasses and sunglasses lenses and frames, glasses accessories and contact lenses accessories are excluded. Offer also excludes safety certification fee, Third Party contracts.
