2. Applicable discount is off the full retail price. Prices are as marked, and no further discount will be applied.
3. Customer must have a valid optical prescription. Customers may be required to undergo an eye test prior to redemption of offer if their prescription is not valid.
4. Offer applies only to contact lens purchases. All other products including optical glasses and sunglasses lenses and frames, glasses accessories and contact lenses accessories are excluded. Offer also excludes safety certification fee, Third Party contracts.
5. Offer cannot be exchanged for cash.
6. Not to be used in conjunction with any other offer, subscription, discount, or benefit (including health fund discount) except for a health fund benefit. Health fund benefits are subject to a customer’s policy waiting periods, annual limits and level of extras covers.
