6. Customers must have a valid optical prescription. Customers may be required to undergo an eye test at their own cost prior to redemption of offer if their prescription is not valid.
7. All offers exclude safety certification fee, Third Party contracts.
8. Offer cannot be exchanged for cash. Not to be used in conjunction with any other offer, subscription, discount, or benefit (including health fund discount) except for a health fund benefit.
