5. Offer applies only to contact lens purchases. All other products including optical glasses and sunglasses lenses and frames, glasses accessories and contact lenses accessories are excluded. Offer also excludes safety certification fee, Third Party contracts.
6. Offer cannot be exchanged for cash.
7. Not to be used in conjunction with any other offer, subscription, discount, or benefit (including health fund discount) except for a health fund benefit. Health fund benefits are subject to a customer’s policy waiting periods, annual limits and level of extras covers.
