Estate & General Goods Online Auction 24th - 28th January
I Hayward’s has another Estate & General Goods timed online auction lined up, starting Friday January 24th with the first lots closing at 6:00pm on Tuesday the 28th. Come in for a browse if you’re in town, and check it out on our website where you’ll find photos and descriptions of every lot:
We have our usual wide range of items on offer this week, with a quality 3-piece grey leather lounge suite, a dark brown leather 2-seater, vintage large double pedestal desk, sideboards, bookcases, carved camphorwood chests, solid timber dining tables, a retro extending dining table with 6 vinyl upholstered chairs. We also have vintage and reproduction bookshelves and cubbyholes, storage drawers, library card file cabinets, metal tool drawers and many more functional pieces.
Die-cast vehicles, Duplo, K’Nex and other toys, puzzles, backgammon and other games, lots of comic books, books on New Zealand art, novels, history, fashion and design, LPs, CDs, DVDs, a microscope, film cameras, slide projector, 8mm cine camera and projector, retro radios, radio-cassettes, gramophone and speakers, a USB turntable, acoustic guitars, a Yamaha electric bass guitar.
Bottles of wine, a German military sleeping bag with arms, rock and mineral samples, stamps and first day covers, collectable bottles and crocks, Egyptian ornaments and lots of other ceramic, plaster, composite, wood, brass and glass figurines, display dolls, studio pottery and art glass items, fine china tea-ware, bone handled cutlery, plated serving ware, costume jewellery and wristwatches.
You’ll also find an Invacare mobility scooter, exercycles, a treadmill, bicycle training stands, vises, tools, a folding workbench, typewriters, sewing machine, clothing, boots and shoes, purses and handbags, heating pads and massagers, woven cane baskets and picnic sets, retro wool travel rugs and blankets, a great selection of seedlings, plants and planters, a bird bath, patio and garden furniture and the usual excellent range of white ware, functional home furnishings, box lots of kitchen appliances and table ware, floor rugs, framed art and mirrors, lamps, occasional tables, stools and chairs.

Viewing times for this auction are Saturday January 25 th from 9:00am–12:00pm, Monday and Tuesday from 9:00am – 5:00pm with the first lots closing Tuesday January 28th at 6:00pm.
