Estate & General Goods Online Auction 29th November - 3rd December
Hayward’s has another great Estate & General Goods timed online auction for you this week, starting Friday November 29th with the first lots closing at 6:00pm on Tuesday the 3rd of December. This auction features a bit of everything – Christmas decorations, teddy bears and Hillview Lane display dolls, crafting supplies, doll’s house fittings and furniture, sewing machines, fabric, vintage buttons, ceramic mixing bowls, enamel skillets, casseroles and kitchen storage jars with bakelite lids. And if the weather has inspired you to spend more time outside, we’ve got a Sky-Watcher telescope, Gascraft barbecue, Giant mountain bike, Specialized kid’s bike, golf clubs & trundler, garden bench seats, a brazier, cast iron bird bath, and lots of plants again this week – kowhai, kaka beaks, grapes, red currants, succulents, bonsai, peonies, irises, and all sorts of other indoor and outdoor plants and seedlings.
This week we also have microscopes, Playstation and X-Box consoles and games, retro toys, die-cast vehicles, piggy banks, cameras, radios, portable audio, a turntable, soundbars, subwoofers and speakers, a Fountain Thunderbird 55 guitar amp and speaker cabinet, Shure microphone and stand, bongos, acoustic guitars, DVDs, 45s, LPs, and CDs, books, magazines and comics.
Depression glass, art glass & studio pottery items, Delft kitchen ware, and our usual wonderful assortment of dinnerware, tea ware, fine china cups & saucers, vases, figurines and trinkets. Coins, stamps, marbles, fishing gear, tools, whisky advertising jugs and ashtrays. Wristwatches, costume jewellery. Small floor mats, standard lamps, desk and table lamps, wall mirrors, framed prints and artworks, metal wall art, barometers, shelves and hanging planters.
There are lots of nesting tables this week, foot stools, retro vinyl-top stools, a rope-edged mahogany pedestal dining table, beech, pine and other dining tables and chairs, fabric upholstered tub chairs and settees, leather lounger with foot-stool, suedette electric recliner, single door bedside cabinets, chests of drawers, desks, workshop shelving, a Westinghouse side by side fridge-freezer, Haier dishwasher and other white ware.

If you’re in town, you can inspect everything in-person here at 5 Carroll Street in Dunedin. Viewing times for this auction are Saturday November 30th from 9:00am–12:00pm, Monday and Tuesday from 9:00am – 5:00pm with the first lots closing Tuesday the 3rd at 6:00pm.
