Even though we’re a deal site and just spent weeks posting the best Black Friday and Cyber Monday deals, I want to say this—if your budget doesn’t allow for gifts this year, don’t feel bad about it. A deal is NOT a deal if you don’t have the money to pay for it. Some of the best Christmases I can remember were when we didn’t have a ton of gifts under the tree. We were living paycheck to paycheck, but instead of stressing about that, we played in the snow, made cookies, and laughed together. It was about the moments, not the stuff.
