Every mouth-blown Solare piece begins as a grain of sand. The process starts with the finest Belgian sand, melted at 1450°C into a pure, lead-free glass mass. Expert glassblowers shape the molten glass with controlled breathwork, guiding it into steel moulds to form smooth, refined shapes. The final stage is careful polishing, ensuring that each piece meets the highest standards of clarity, precision, and craftsmanship. |
