Eligibility
All customers with a minimum order of $20 are eligible for free shipping, with the exceptions listed below.
Products and Exclusions
All products on the website and app are eligible for free shipping, except for the following:
- Canvas prints sized 40” x 12” and above, including all split and multi-canvas prints
- Metal Prints sized 20” x 40” and above
The following orders are also excluded from free shipping:
- Website or app orders using prepaid or deal vouchers at checkout (unless otherwise specified)
- Website or app orders using vouchers from marketplaces such as Shopee and Lazada at checkout
- Website or app orders using promo codes with a subtotal amount below $20.
Coverage
Free shipping is applicable nationwide for Standard Shipping only, and for Premium Express on selected products. Super Rush and Bulk Orders are not eligible for free shipping.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions at any time.
Customers will be notified of any changes via email and through a notice on our website.
All customers acknowledge and understand that this pilot offer may initially run for a few months, during which adjustments may occur. Throughout this period, we will be re-evaluating whether this offer is something we can continue to provide, sustain, and scale.
