NEW SHOP LOCATION ANNOUNCEMENT
We are delighted to announce that we are set to open a new Rails of Sheffield physical shop location at Sheffield's main railway station! A match made in heaven, combining models and the real railways - our new shop will offer model railways, railwayana and rail-themed merchandise with a unique aesthetic inspired by our main store.
Please stay tuned for more details of the initial launch of our new location, which is expected in the next few months.
We have just reviewed a production sample of our new & exclusive O Gauge 'Austerity' 0-6-0ST locomotive from Dapol! This new model, releasing as part of the main newly tooled range from Dapol, depicts No.150 'Warrington' in War Department green. This and the rest of the new 'Austerities' are due to arrive in stock very soon.
Dapol have also advised us that a plethora of other new items in OO Gauge, N Gauge and O Gauge are due to arrive in stock with us over the course of the next couple of months! You can see everything we're expecting from them using the links below...
We recently had the chance to put a few of Cavalex's newly tooled Class 60 locomotives through their paces over at our favourite layout! See them in action in our latest video, including our exclusive 'Steel on Steel model' and learn a little about the real locos too!
