*The Retail Trade-In Program, operated by Moorup Technology Pty Ltd, allows customers to sell used devices through an online platform. After registering and accepting an indicative offer based on a self-assessment tool, participants must send their device within 7 days for evaluation. If the device matches the initial self-assessment, payment is made via a retailer gift card or bank transfer. If there are discrepancies, a revised price is offered, and failure to agree or return the device within 7 days results in a charge or return. Participants are responsible for removing security locks, personal data, and SIM cards from their devices. Moorup has no obligation to purchase devices and may reject any device or cancel offers based on condition or lack of ownership proof. The terms include limitations on liability and emphasize that participants must comply with privacy regulations and provide proof of identity. In cases of non-compliance, devices may be returned or disposed of as per law. Retravision Gift Cards will be delivered via email in the form of an eGift Card.
