We can no longer guarantee delivery of orders before Christmas for most of the country, but if you need something urgent you can still use these gifting options:
Auckland & Surrounds
Click & Collect - We offer free SAME DAY click and collect service from our warehouse in Henderson (Monday-Friday 9am-4pm). These are generally available to collect within 30 minutes! See more detail here.
Express Tonight Delivery - Place your order before 2pm and receive it between 6-9pm that SAME DAY! Available Monday to Friday to residential addresses in selected Auckland suburbs. See more detail here.
Standard Delivery - Auckland orders are usually received overnight, but NZ Post has advised some parcels may experience delivery delays of up to 2 working days in some areas around the country. We cannot guarantee delivery so recommend using the Express Tonight option if available.
Rest of New Zealand
Standard Delivery - The rest of NZ usually takes up to 3 days for packages to arrive, longer if rural or bulky items. It is unlikely you will receive your orders before Christmas, so we recommend sending Gift Voucherswhich are instantly delivered via email.

Holiday Hours
We will take our last Express Tonight orders at 2pm and our last Click & Collect orders at 4pm on Christmas Eve before we all take a much deserved break on the public holidays and weekends to celebrate with our families.
We will have skeleton staffing on 27th December, 30th December, 31st December and 3rd January who will prioritise Click & Collect and Express Tonight orders before working through order backlogs and dispatch. As we will have skeleton staff and the courier network will also have a backlog of orders to deliver, please expect a delay in how quickly your orders are dispatched.
Our website of course will be taking orders throughout the holidays, and orders will be dispatched in the order they are received when we’re back in the office.
