Free Shipping: For our customers outside of the UK we advise that you place your orders well in advance. Our Free International shipping method is not a tracked or guaranteed shipping method and is therefore slightly unpredictable.
Royal Mail state on their website that parcels going to Europe aim to be delivered in 3-5 working days, parcels going to the Rest of the World aim to be delivered in 6-7 working days.
This service is not guaranteed, we cannot guarantee that these will be the delivery times for our free service. There may be delays as the volume of post increases over the run-up to Christmas.
Faster, Tracked Shipping: We also offer faster shipping methods, these are fully tracked, courier services that are available at our checkout. Details of cost are available at our checkout when you have your items in the basket. Speed can vary from 1 or 2 days to more than 5 days for destinations that are further afield. These services are fully tracked and you will get email notifications for these services.
